ABOUT AMY
Award Winning Pet Photographer
Dog Mom, Animal Lover & Excessive Coffee Drinker who adores your pet almost as much as you do!
It began with Truffles.
(Not the edible kind, although she was quite scrumptious.)
Hi! I’m Amy. My journey as a dog photographer began in 2013 when I fell head-over-heels in love with my rescued miniature poodle named Truffles. The joy I found in photographing her fluffy cuteness and sassy personality inspired me to study photography, and while all my classmates focused on human portraits, I was the oddball capturing the silly smiles of animals—especially dogs, especially Truffles.
Fast forward to now, with 12 years of experience in pet photography and a certificate in animal psychology, I’ve honed my ability to read animal body language and quickly adapt my techniques to keep your pet calm and relaxed during any session, allowing their true personality to shine.
That's the secret behind the Doggy Did It difference — authentic, joyful, and unique fine art pet portraits that capture everything you love most about your pet.
Now that Truffles is no longer with me it’s the memories of her I treasure most. The archival quality artwork I’ve created will last a lifetime so her big personality will always be filling my home with joy.
And now I want to do the same for you… trust me, it's worth it!
