PLAN YOUR EXPERIENCE

One of a kind photography for your one of a kind pet.

Serving Caledon, Brampton, Halton Hills, Oakville, Milton, Guelph and more.

Each Doggy Did It experience is uniquely designed with your pet’s specific needs and personality in mind. Have an active adventurer? Photography while exploring a beautiful hiking trail and swimming pond might be your perfect fit. Have a cuddly couch potato? A more laid back garden experience, or indoor studio session would let your pet shine. Want a combination of both? Consider a VIP (Very Important Pet) Experience to highlight all the best aspects of your best friend.

Your full service experience includes a consultation where we will discuss you and your pets needs and preferences and create a plan that is unique to you.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for capturing these photos of my boy before he declined. It’s amazing being able to see these photos of him when he still had energy and life. There are no words to express how thankful I am for you and these photos.”

The Process

Contact me to schedule your in-home consultation, where we will discuss your pet’s specific details and what your goals are for the session. If your pet has any special needs, does any tricks or has unique traits that you would like photographed please let me know during this initial consultation. We will also discuss session options, locations, dates and artwork options

When all your questions are answered and you are ready to book your session we will schedule a date and time specifically for you.  A $100 retainer (non-refundable) is required to secure your appointment.

On the session date we will take some time to introduce your pet to the location, equipment, and photographer before we begin. This helps ensure everyone is comfortable and ready to get to work. Then, simply relax and enjoy the experience.

Within four weeks, when your proof gallery is ready, we will get in touch once again for your image reveal and ordering consultation, where you will purchase your artwork and collections.

Session Tips

Follow these tips to get the most out of your Doggy Did It pet photography experience.

  • If necessary, have your dog groomed within a week or so before the session

  • Have a few of your pet’s favourite treats handy, in case a little encouragement is needed

  • Bring any toys or props required for any special tricks you would like photographed

  • Choose a location that your pet is familiar with; they will be more relaxed and your photos will look more natural

  • Studio sessions do best in a room with a hard floor surface (no carpet), with a clear space of at least 8x10 feet
