Memorial Sessions
Designed for senior or ill pets, memorial sessions capture the spirit of the friend you know and love, and give you artwork that allows their personality to shine forever.
Looking for a memorial pet photographer can be difficult. You want someone who understands the needs of your aging or ill pet, but who will also be able to capture the true spirit of the friend you know and love. I understand, I've been there too, and I’d be honoured to help create your memorial artwork.
With 13 years of experience in pet photography and a background in animal behaviour and psychology, I can read their body language to understand their unique needs and keep them as comfortable and stress free as possible, all while creating beautiful memorial artwork that truly lets their personality shine.
As part of a network of pet photographers providing pet memorial services and resources, I custom design a memorial session to meet your specific needs. Memorial sessions are given priority scheduling for time sensitive cases.

Plan Your Session
Memorial sessions include a custom photography experience designed to meet the unique needs of your pet, and offer a selection of proof images to choose from. There is no session fee, you only pay for the images you love and want to keep. Many clients find this very helpful during a time when vet bills can be quite high. You select the location that works best for your pet, either in your home, an indoor studio or scenic outdoor environment.
The Memorial Session includes:
Priority scheduling
Pre-session consultation and detailed custom plan
Photography for one pet + all people in one house
Your choice of location (in-home lifestyle, studio or outdoors)
15+ proof images to choose from
Post session image reveal and ordering consultation.
A retainer of $250 is required to reserve your session date. The entire retainer fee will be applied directly towards your chosen image and artwork purchases.
Artwork, prints, and digital files can be purchased during your ordering consultation after the session. These options will be discussed during your initial consultation, as we plan how your images will best be displayed to memorialize your pet. Learn more about artwork options here.
