Rescue Dog Photo Shoot, Milton Ontario

There’s nothing more rewarding than using my photography skills to make a difference. Whether I’m capturing the charm of your adorable pets or volunteering to help rescue dogs find their forever homes, it brings me so much joy. Last weekend, I had the privilege of photographing two sweet brothers who were rescued from the freezing cold of northern Ontario. They were brought to Milton with hopes of being adopted into loving families. It was such an amazing experience to help capture their friendly and fun loving personalities.

One of the puppies, named Sven, had so much fun running through the snow. His half blue, half brown eyes sparkled as he showed off his adorable looks and playful nature for the camera. This 7-8 month old husky mix is available for adoption, and would love nothing more than an active home where he can continue to play, learn and grow.

After his photos were done, Sven decided to reward himself with a bag of treats. He didn’t hold back, sticking his entire face in the bag trying to get every last crumb.

Sven’s brother, Olaf, was a bit more reserved during his photo shoot, but his handsome bright face and soft lush fur really popped against the dark trees as he trotted through the snow. As you can see in his picture below, Olaf was found with an eye injury, but he does’t let it hold him back. He showed great curiosity as he explored his environment. Olaf will be available for adoption soon, after a vet appointment to treat his eye.
